About fucking time.
Apparently it took putting Biden at risk for them to do what they should’ve done half a year ago.

One of the many reasons why Hush is a CLASSIC masterpiece

For a second there I thought you meant Hush the deaf writer horror movie (tweet hadn’t loaded yet) and I was like “You’re right, it is a classic, but what does that have to do with politics?”

At first I was super worried about everything I was hearing in regards to Pelosi and Dem leadership wanting to narrowly focus this impeachment inquiry on Ukraine and get it through as quickly as possible. Since it's not likely (though not impossible) the Senate will actually convict Trump and remove him, the value of all this is to loudly, publicly detail his many crimes, investigate every damn thing, and subpoena his entire administration to get it all on record. Basically to keep this in the headlines and in the forefront of people's minds for as long as possible (because as much as it pains me, I know most people have not been paying attention and don't know 1/10th of what he's done these past 2 years).
But lol, that strategy had to be thrown out the window because of the sheer number of crimes! They didn't even have to shake any trees. A gentle breeze blows and they fall out like overripe fruit. I have legit lost track of all the shit that's happened between last week and now.
And I'm not at all surprised that once the Dems decided to enforce some kind of consequence people started falling over themselves to leak information. No honor among thieves and all that. I just hope they stick to it. Next step is to not dick around when they inevitably refuse to appear before Congress and ignore subpoenas. Hold them all in contempt. Immediately. Start with Pompeo.

One of the fortunate things is that Trump's obsessing over it. Plus I think McConnell doesn't know what to do because he was banking on Pelosi being too timid to bring Trump up on charges.
I have a feeling there's an unseen party as well that will tip the scales against Trump and the GOP once McConnell does try to pull something.

I have a feeling Trump will go postal once he feels like he's in real danger

Fun fact, I put together a bug-out bag for this specific reason. I expected shit to hit the fan about a year and a half ago, and I'm surprised it hasn't yet. It's a necessary pain period if it happens that way though. Otherwise Trump will just ruin everything.

Bernie won the night, because The Squad will be endorsing him.

Bernie won the night, because The Squad will be endorsing him. Will it be the entire squad or just AOC?

That debate was a brawl. I think all the candidates had distinguishing moments. I agree with the general consensus that Warren performed very well. Was overjoyed to see Bloomberg's ass kicked up and down the stage.
Also? He's terrible at these debates. Just a condescending piece of shit. "I can't go to TurboTax." What a dick. Elizabeth Warren did this country a public service, again.
Notable that the only candidates to be booed on stage were Bloomberg and Biden.

I'm still in the "observe what comes out about him" stage of Bloomberg's involvement. If he's bad, then maybe primaries will split off people who would've voted for Biden toward Bloomberg and lead to a better candidate than Biden as the Dem nominee.
Right now, the only two I know for sure I don't want to win Dem primaries are Biden and Gabbard.
