I think Kitty would probably be one of the most challenging to cast in this day and age bc even the youngest actresses r so sexualized and groomed to look attractive. She just wouldnt be easy to translate while keeping her core characteristics intact.

They aren't go to do basic looks anyway (see how they stopped downplaying Emma Watson once she turned, like, 13) so better to just cast a good actress who can still believably look like a teenager. Steinfeld is an Oscar nominated actress AND has done genre fare AND is Anna Kendrick adjacent.

I just hope they leave Colossus out of it. That's a very likely thing to be adapted since Fox didn't do it and Marvel love to pander to the CANON crowds.

Actually Emmy Rossum should be Rogue. Emma Dumont should forever play Polaris not that Polaris will ever make it into a movie. Emily Hampshire can be Jean.
The sad thing is if they decided to make the XMen a big production tv show.... Id be down with that. Im basically a whore.
