I mean isn't it pretty well known that DisMarvel is actively working with the American government on their content...

Anything that actively uses actual U.S. military vehicles, weapons, etc has worked with the U.S. military on messaging and has been approved by them. It's part of the deal for companies to get to use those things. That's why so much of it is basically propaganda that doesn't have anything genuinely critical of the U.S. military.

Not that fond of the US military myself not being an American, but better them than the Russians or Chinese at least.

I want to say I'm ready for video games adaptations to take over from comicbook adaptations but I feel the only reason I think comicbook fans r worse is because I've been more exposed to them... What to do what to do.

So what we need to do is hope video games adaptations supplant cape movies and then quickly crash and burn themselves ushering us in a new golden age of creativity.

Video game adaptations tend to suck hard, but mostly because nobody's managed to take the right approach. Closest actually good adaptation I can think of is the first Mortal Kombat film (not the second). Probably the most popular "adaptation" has been the Jovovich Resident Evil films, but those were so disrespectful to the source material and so focused on promoting Jovovich that they may as well not count.
And then there's Uwe Boll. Aside from his films sucking, I remember claims people made over a decade ago that he purposely made his films bad because German laws meant the government would offset flops made in Germany. I don't know how true (if true) that actually is though. Been a looooong time since I saw it.
There's a lot of potential to video game adaptations if done right. Though when they're done right, whoever makes it will have to put up with GGers whining that it doesn't star a straight white man banging a harem of women wearing dental floss.

Video game adaptations are bound to be worse because there's way less story, plot, or characterization to adapt. The stable of video game characters is also even more homogeneous (straight white men) than that of comic books, which is really saying something because I'd still say comics have a more niche audience than video games. (What women, poc, and queer characters do exist range from mediocre to outright offensive with very few exceptions)
Both mediums have similar issues with their creators and fans hyping them up as more artistic and literary than they actually are, lack of critical analysis (though less true for comics), and creators ineptly trying to craft stories that are beyond their capacity to tell.

I'm not getting my blood up over Marvel movies hyping up the US military because that's been a staple in all US action movies (particularly the general audience, summer blockbuster type) for decades now. salarta is right in that studios contractually have to do that. There are also monetary incentives from the US government to do it. (The Transformers movies still hold the trophy for the most hamfisted application.) You'll only ever see critical portrayals of the US military in like, dramas, documentaries, or sometimes comedies that deign to go there.
Anyway, let's not pretend Golden Age comics weren't preaching truth, justice, and the American way. Reproducing nationalist propaganda in media ain't new. Hell, reinforcing standing societal hierarchies and values (the ones held by those at the top of said hierarchy) ain't new.
On a completely different topic, I am overjoyed that the Game of Thrones series finale was unsatisfying and disappointing! Doubly overjoyed that I'm finally free of that show! I survived Mad Men, I survived Breaking Bad, and now I've survived this!

Future Cops is the best video games adaptation. Mortal Kombat 2 is a close 2nd.
