I just saw the clip where he admitted they were too incompetent to schedule reshoots for a movie.

I wouldn't be so sure about them taking over everything.

A lot of people have been saying boycotts would only hurt the progressive voices in the states with those bills, but if the point isn't to punish so much as change the law...I'm just saying, the backlash to NC's bathroom bill led to a new Democratic governor repealing it 1 year later. A production company that big leaving their state would definitely get some conservative politicians and rich bigwigs to pay attention.

We're finally going to learn how Batman became Batman:

That's a bit misinformed. The three picture deal is just that standard contract the DCEU actors sign, it doesn't guarantee that there will be a Reeves trilogy or that R.Pats will even show up in more than one DCEU film. If he does in appear in more than one movie it'll probably be cameos or something. Batfleck had a three picture deal but only 2/3 were main features. His third appearance was in Suicide Squad for a small part. PatsBat(?) may go a similar route but I wouldn't hate if he did get three feature roles.


As for Reeves Batman, he already said it's not an origin story but it will showcase a younger Bats in his thirties taking on a host of villains. Penguin and Catwoman were names teased by him So it'll probably be very similar to the Hush storyline if the other rumored villains are true. I'm most excited about the noir detective approach. It's one of my favorite aspects of the character that's rarely done well sadly.
